Minesweeper: No Guess
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This app has no server of its own. It has no account, no login, no analytics and no crash reporting. Your best times, your settings and your purchase state are stored on your device and nowhere else. The only information that leaves your phone is collected by Google, for the ads and for the payment.
1. Who is responsible
Minesweeper: No Guess (package com.rclovis.minesweeper) is
developed and published by an individual developer publishing as rclovis, acting as
the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
Contact: lipidgames.panama090@aleeas.com
2. What the app collects itself
Nothing. The app never sends your data anywhere. The following is written to your device's private app storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app:
- your completion times and the score tables built from them,
- your settings, such as difficulty, theme and board appearance,
- whether the one time purchase has been unlocked.
None of it is tied to an identity, because the app never asks you for one.
3. What third parties collect
Google AdMob
Ads in the app are served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure them, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, coarse information about your device and network, approximate location derived from your IP address, and your interactions with the ads. The developer receives only aggregate reporting, never anything that identifies you.
See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows you Google's consent form before the first ad request, and your choice decides whether ads are personalised. You can change that choice at any time from the ad privacy options, in the app's settings.
On any Android device you can also reset or delete your advertising ID entirely, under Settings, then Privacy, then Ads.
Google Play Billing
The one time purchase, which unlocks unlimited hints and rewinds and the premium board themes, is processed by Google Play. Google handles the payment and holds the payment details. The developer never sees your card, your address or your name, only whether an entitlement is active for your Google account.
4. Why this data is processed
Ad data is processed to fund a free app, on the basis of your consent where consent is required, and on the basis of legitimate interest in serving non personalised ads where it is not. Purchase data is processed to perform the contract of sale. No data is processed for any other purpose, and none is sold.
5. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and no data is knowingly collected from them.
6. Retention and deletion
Because nothing reaches the developer, there is nothing held to delete. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage from Android's app settings, removes everything it has written locally. For data held by Google, use the Google controls linked above, or contact Google directly.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and comparable laws you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Since the developer holds no personal data about you, requests concerning advertising data should be addressed to Google, but you are welcome to write to the contact address above and you will get an answer.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this same address and the date at the top is updated. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
