Clock In: Daily Brain Puzzles
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This game has no server of its own. It has no account, no login, no analytics and no crash reporting. Your progress, your records, your settings and your purchase state are stored on your device and nowhere else. The only information that leaves your phone is collected by Google, for the ads and for the payment.
1. Who is responsible
Clock In (package com.rclovis.clockin) is developed and
published by an individual developer publishing as rclovis, acting as the
data controller for the purposes of this policy.
Contact: lipidgames.panama090@aleeas.com
2. What the game collects itself
Nothing. The game does not send your data anywhere. The following is written to the game's private storage on your device, and is deleted when you uninstall it:
- your progress through the career, your scores and your records,
- the days you played and the daily challenges you completed,
- your settings, such as language, sound, vibrations and the screen filter,
- which tutorials you have already seen,
- whether the one-time purchase has been unlocked.
None of this is tied to an identity, because the game never asks you for one.
3. What third parties collect
Google AdMob
Ads in the game are rewarded ads, shown only when you ask for one (for a hint, or to restore yesterday on your streak). They are served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure them, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, general information about your device and network, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your interactions with the ads. The developer only receives aggregated statistics, never data that identifies you.
See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form before the first ad request, and your choice decides whether ads are personalised. You can change that choice at any time from the PRIVACY button in the game's settings.
On any Android device you can also reset or delete your advertising ID, under Settings, then Privacy, then Ads.
Google Play Billing
The one-time purchase, which makes hints free and removes the ads, is handled by Google Play. Google processes the payment and keeps the payment details. The developer never sees your card, your address or your name, only whether the purchase is active for your Google account.
4. Why the data is processed
Ad data is processed to fund a free game, on the basis of your consent where consent is required, and on the basis of the legitimate interest in showing non-personalised ads where it is not. Purchase data is processed to perform the contract of sale. No data is processed for any other purpose, and none is sold.
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and no data about them is knowingly collected.
6. Retention and deletion
Since nothing reaches the developer, there is nothing to delete on the developer's side. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage from the Android settings, deletes everything it wrote locally. For data held by Google, use the Google controls listed above, or contact Google directly.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and comparable laws, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (the CNIL in France). As the developer holds no personal data about you, requests about ad data are best sent to Google, but you can write to the contact address above and you will get an answer.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this same address and the date at the top is updated. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the release notes on Google Play.
